Production & Delivery

From reviewed spec to shipment.

Every custom sail moves through configuration review, production scheduling, packing, and carrier handoff. Estimates are confirmed around the actual build and destination.

Production Flow

Review first

Boat data, measurements, selected options, and build notes are checked before the order is released.

Production estimate

Timing depends on sail type, material, order queue, review questions, and destination requirements.

Shipment release

Tracking is sent when the sail is packed and handed to the carrier.

Delivery Terms

Domestic and international

Available services, transit times, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees vary by destination.

Customs and import costs

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage charges are handled according to the checkout terms or support confirmation.

Carrier protection

Shipments are packed for sailcloth and hardware protection and include tracking when available from the carrier.

Returns Support

Custom sails are built to a confirmed specification, so return and remake requests are reviewed against the order record, supplied measurements, production notes, and product condition.

If a sail arrives damaged or appears to have a manufacturing issue, email photos, the order reference, packaging condition, and a short description before using the sail.

For fit questions, support may ask for rig measurements, installation photos, or the Sail Passport record to determine whether adjustment, repair, remake review, or another path is appropriate.
