Limited Warranty
Warranty claims are reviewed against the confirmed build spec.
Coverage depends on the product-specific warranty terms attached to the sail. Manufacturing defect claims are reviewed with the order record, documentation, and inspection findings.
What may be covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, subject to the product-specific warranty terms supplied with the order.
- Hardware, reinforcement, or finish issues that are confirmed through review as production defects.
- Approved repair or replacement paths determined after documentation and inspection.
What is not treated as a defect
- Normal wear, UV exposure, mildew, staining, or cosmetic aging from regular use.
- Damage from accidents, improper installation, chafe, flogging, overload, grounding, or use outside the sail's intended range.
- Unauthorized modifications, third-party repairs, improper storage, or improper cleaning.
