Start with your boat. In about five minutes, choose a sail, configure the choices that are yours, and see the sail price. After you order, a sailmaker checks the complete specification before production.
The buying path is deliberately short. The system handles the technical work behind the scenes; you confirm the facts about your boat and the choices that belong to you.
The buying sequence
What you are responsible for
The facts about your boat. What is fitted now, what has been modified, and whether a measurement or photograph is from the boat being ordered for.
Your choices. How you sail, the cloth, the handling options and how the sail should look.
The receiving check. Confirm that the correct sail and included equipment arrived undamaged. If there is a transit problem, photograph it before use and keep the packaging.
What we are responsible for
We are responsible for the engineering, dimensions, interfaces, structure, construction and production specification. You are not asked to calculate a load, choose reinforcement layers, specify thread or approve a production drawing.
The boundary with Owner Support
Buying a Sail ends when you have received the correct sail, checked the package and packing list, and reported any delivery problem. From the first hoist onwards, use Owner Support for installation, care, repair and warranty.
